1    The Tender should be submitted along with the copy of trade license and itinerary.
2     In view of the time constraint, the EMD of Nu. 3000/- or lump-sum amount Nu. 10,000/- as notified recently may be submitted through demand draft or cash warrant in favor of DCAO, MoEA along with the quotation. Quotations submitted without EMD will be rejected. Please note that the EMD has to be in Demand Draft or Cash Warrant. Cheques will be not entertained.

4    The rate quoted shall be for the cheapest economy class, by most direct route and facilities eligible for economy class should be provided.
5    The lowest quoted agent shall arrange the ticket without fail at his quoted rate. The condition which normally stipulated as "the air fares are subject to change by the airlines without nay notice" shall not be entertained.
6    In the event, if the selected agent fails to arrange the ticket, the order sgall be cancelled and the EMD forfeited.
7    In the event the lowested quote is too hight, the MOEA reserves the right to cancel all the quotation and refloat the tender.
